How long does shipping take? Standard 3–5 business days from our US warehouses. Express (1–2 business days) available at checkout for $15.

Is shipping free? Standard shipping is free on orders over $70. Flat $8 below.

Do you ship internationally? US only for now.

What's your return policy? 30-day Calm-or-It's-Free guarantee. If your dog isn't visibly calmer in a month, we refund every dollar. You keep the products.

Sizing & Use

What size Cloud Bed should I get? Small (24") for dogs under 25 lbs. Medium (32") for 25–55 lbs. Large (40") for 55+ lbs. Most owners size up — dogs like to stretch.

Is the Calming Mist safe for puppies? Yes. It's a non-sedating, non-ingestible aromatherapy blend (chamomile, lavender, valerian). Safe for puppies, seniors, and rescues. It is not a medication or a pheromone treatment — consult your vet about persistent or severe anxiety.

How do I use the Snuffle Mat? Sprinkle kibble or treats into the fleece folds. Let your dog forage. 15 minutes of sniffing ≈ 30 minutes of walking, energy-wise.

Smart Tech

Does the Smart Feeder need Wi-Fi? Yes, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Setup takes ~5 minutes via the Smart Life / Tuya app (free, iOS + Android). 5GHz-only networks are not supported.

Does the Tracker require a subscription? No additional monthly fee for standard tracking. The Tracker ships with an activated US data SIM and the companion app is free to download.

How long does the Tracker battery last? 1–3 days with live tracking on. Longer with sleep mode enabled.
