1. Agreement

By visiting pawsecrate.com or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. About us

Pawse is a US-based direct-to-consumer pet wellness brand. We sell calming and comfort products for dogs.

3. Products & claims

Pawse products are behavioral aids and comfort products, not medical treatments. We don't claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or veterinary condition. If your dog is showing signs of serious anxiety, illness, or distress, please consult your veterinarian.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but colors, exact dimensions, and pricing may occasionally have small errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to limit quantities.

4. Pricing & availability

All prices are in USD. We may change prices at any time. Listed inventory does not guarantee availability — orders are confirmed only when payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent. If we can't fulfill your order, we'll refund you in full.

5. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for any activity under it. Notify us at pawsecrate@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual property

The Pawse name, logo, product names, copy, photography, and design are owned by Pawse. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it commercially without written permission.

User-generated content (reviews, social posts tagged @pawse) may be shared by us with attribution.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of our products or site. Our maximum liability for any single order is the amount you paid for that order.

This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Pet safety

Pawse products are designed and tested for safe use, but please supervise pets during initial use of any new product. Don't leave puppies or destructive chewers unsupervised with soft items. If your dog ingests pieces of a product, contact your vet immediately.

9. Promotional codes

Promotional discount codes are non-transferable, can't be combined unless explicitly stated, and may be cancelled if used in bad faith. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke promotional offers in cases of suspected abuse.

10. Subscriptions

Pawse Connect (tracker service) and refill subscriptions auto-renew at the cadence shown at checkout. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in Boulder County, USA.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted at pawsecrate.com/policies/terms-of-service. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
