SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on international — drop your email and we'll let you know the moment we expand.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

  • Standard: 3–5 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates

  • Standard: $8 flat. Free on orders over $70.

  • Express: $15 flat.

Carriers

USPS and UPS, depending on size and destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS — please use the standard option at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours (it often turns up). If it doesn't, email pawsecrate@gmail.com within 30 days of the ship date and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.


For damaged items, send us a photo of the package and product within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no charge.

Order changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, email pawsecrate@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we may already be processing it.
